Your Rules for Thursday, November 11, 2004
Is it possible to meet the cost on Chuda Agent if the personality has been targeted with Amaterasu's Blessing and giving them -2 chi would take their chi below their personal honor?
No.
I assume the logic is similar to a 1 chi personality not being able to meet the cost.
Exactly. If your Current Chi stat isn't 2 less than it was, you haven't paid the cost.
