What happens at the end of the turn when a personality with a temporary chi penalty bringing it under 3 get bumped back up to normal chi?
In Yajinden's case, the Chi stat was only referenced as a targeting requirement. Once the Action is actually played, altering the Chi stat won't alter the effect. Yajinden's "take control" effect has a stated duration, "while Yajinden remains bowed and in play." Changing the Chi of the victim won't modify that duration any.
