Player A plays I. Challenge against Player B Player B plays Dismissed Can Player A play Keen Eye to cancel the reaction?
Jeff answered this one way back in March of this year. From the Rules for 9-10 March 2004: "Yes. Dismissed must wait for the challenge to be issued to be legal. If a challenge has been issued, Keen Eye is also legal."
