Two Questions (Pit of Blood then an ancestor question)
If I use Wedge on a bloodspeaker, then he dies, can I put him underneath the Pit of Blood?
No (http://l5r.com/ccg/faq.html#s4). (I say again: There is no way the Rules Junta is going to let anyone get around Wedge's destruction of the unit!)
If I have Wazinu no Yokai attached, is his fear considered to be on the personality for purposes of Private Dojo?
No.
Rules Question
When a personalty is brought back in Morning Glory Castle and placed in a Shamate Pass province, does the Personality count as being revealed and gain the Pass's bonus?
No.
Moto Chagatai exp2 and another personalty is attacking a province. The opposing player plays overwhelmed, does Chagatai have to be chosen to destroy because you cannot send him home?
He can be sent home ("you may negate").
The ability to move from province from Fire and Air can be used when the shugenja is bowed?
No (Diamond rules, pg. 54).
Can use scroll cache to lower spells cost?
Not if you're a Kyuden Agasha player.
The next thing I have to do to draw cards with scroll cache is attach a spell right? If I attach a spell later in the same turn I do not draw the two cards?
Yes; you do not.
Be prepared to Dig 2 Graves can be used upon resolution? Can I use two BPTD2G for the same destruction? And what about the rule of presence if there is only one Personality on the battle and is being destroyed?
Yes. Yes. Doesn't apply to Reactions (Diamond rules, pg. 80-81).

Does Tsuruchi Amane's +2 to ranged attacks, when targets are bowed, count as an increase?
Yes.

Utemaro can attach his follower Tokens to your opponent's personalities, right?

If I play out of a non-Sepulchre of Bone shadowlands stronghold and I play a sensee with a trait that negetively affects starting honor, do I lose the game upon revealing that sensee?
No (Diamond rules, pg. 58).
Rules for 12 December 2003, Part 2
My understanding was that, if the destruction is one that only destroys the Personality (and will, normally, mean destruction of the whole unit just BECAUSE the Personality is destroyed), such as most duels I can think of, Hyun will de facto save the whole unit; whereas, when destruction normally affects the whole unit (like battle resolution does), Hyun will only save the Personality.

does Field of Glorious Slaughter give Honor for attached cards that get destroyed during a duel, or only for "directly" destroyed cards?
Anything that gets destroyed for whatever reason.
