Terrain/Strength in Numbers Question

Is a Terrain a "card you control" while it's in play for the current battle?

Yes (Diamond rules, pg. 99).

Is His Most Favored a political action?

If Commanding Favor pops up and I have Yokuni sensee in play, may I still discard the event for its effect? Will it even come into play?

Couple of Rules Q's.

Does Akodo Ieshige gain a bonus even if the action my opponent was taking is cancelled?

No.

If Tsuruchi Amane is in an army and you Smite the Blood in reaction to targeting a card in the opposing army, does the ranged attack recieve Amane's +2 bonus to RAs against bowed cards or is it too late, as Amane specifies the +2 "if the target is bowed"? I.e. does the +2 get added when the target is announced or when the action resolves?

The "ranged attack bows its target in addition to any other effects," which means bowing would occur after any other effects, like attempted destruction. No bonus.

My question is what is the follower considered that is created by the action on ratling village.

D'oh! They didn't fix that in Diamond!? Rats! (Pun intended.)

Yes, the followers created are tokens. There used to be a ruling in the Archive on this, which just went back in. I took it out because the design team was supposed to incorporate rulings in the Archive onto cards reprinted in Diamond. Sigh.

Apologies for the mistake in my answer. But the "token card" thing gets asked fairly often...

Doing Things When Bowed

would other effects which do not require bowing be legal to use with a bowed Personality?

Sorry, you'll have to be more specific.

The specific one I have in mind is Arrow of Purity (having it cast on them, not them using it).

As she negate destruction of one personality by resolution of battle, do my opponent gain honor for the cards in the unit or no?
