Greetings,

2 Questions

If I play Feeding on Flesh in a Castle of the Wasp Deck: a: I can do the Range Attack on the province, and as the province as no Chi it is considered 0 b: I can' use the Range attack on the Province

B.

I'm playing Ninube Ogoku, and I assign her in the army attacking my province, can I play any action requiring presence, including range attacks such as Arrows from the Woods or Tsuruchi Technique?

"Any action" is very broad, and I wouldn't go quite that far. I would say that action cards that create Ranged Attacks are probably generally okay.

Contested Holding/Concede Defeat

if the effects listed on the action ARE the results of the duel, would the effect, "...but the opposing Personality does not die," be negated [by Concede Defeat] and the Personality dies?

No. If you negate "do not destroy the opposing Personality", then you're back to death being an effect of losing -- which Concede Defeat negates.

Quick Rules Question

Emergence of the Masters is played during battle. Should they play each of the effects in sequence from the One Shugenja effect to the Two and Three Shugenja effect if they have bowed 3 Shugenja or can they take them in any order?

They occur in the order written.

They do use Emergence of the Masters with 5 Shugenja... to top that, they try to send home one of my units. I negate the send home with the right hand, does that cancel the destruction effect?

No (Diamond rules, pg. 72).

Rules question

What page in the rule book does it state they would be tokens?

Diamond rules, pg. 71 -- in bold type!
