Speed of the Plains
Does this mean that if the shugenja using the spell performs either of the two additional actions, no bowing is required to perform them even if bowing is normally required?
No; it simply waives the normal bowing that is the default cost of the spell.
Ratling Village
Using Warrens Stronghold and Ratling Village, are the tokens free since follower tokens are cards and all Ratling cards are 1 less gold?
No (Diamond rules, pg. 71).
I play Contested Holding. My opponent accepts, strikes, and plays Concede Defeat. I don't Die (I won the duel), but do I get the holding?
