Rules question about Hitomi Mae and Test of Might
Could you test of might a personality with more chi than Hitomi Mae and then because of his ability choose to focus first and then just strike instead of focusing.

Rules Question
My opponent plays Wedge on a Bawaru no Oni. At the begining of resolution I play Overconfidence to bow the Oni. Does Bawaru's trait then straigten him before total force is compared?
Both Wedge's bonus and the oni's trait occur at the beginning of resolution, so the Third Cardinal Rule kicks in. Active player chooses.

plains above evil
If I bring a personality off of the province with the plains above evil and then it dies and I bring it back using morning glory castle, will it still have the +1+1 from the plains?
Yes (Diamond rules, pg. 70).
