Ambush targetting/effects
So if I Rhetoric the loss to the other player, and the defender was a Samurai or Courtier, they can not commit seppukku (assuming they survived), because we are past the targeting part of the effect, correct?
They cannot, but that's because a redirected Honor loss can never fulfil the requirements for seppuku.

what happens when he is destroyed in a battle (Ranged Attack, duel, etc) -- where does he go?
Nowhere. If his force is high enough, he does not die. Full stop.

Im playing with RED and someone play an Ambush on one of my personalities, have he to discard a card as a effect in his Action Phase, and then in the Battle other if he tarjet again the personality ? or only one card?
One card. By the time targeting occurs, you've already declared an Attack Phase (Ambush text).
