Can I attach a Blade of Slaughter to Akodo Shusaku ?

Does he get its bonus ?
Can't be done, as he never switcehs from dishonred to honorable (card text).
Simple Huts question...
is Simple Huts considered a gold-producing holding on its own merit?

Overwhelmed vs. Decoy
I have a Personality with a Decoy attached. The Defender play an Overwhelmed. I choose to destroy the Personality, but react with the Decoy. What happens after it?

I was wondering if I could use a Diplomatic Apprentice to perform the bowing action on Bonds of Fate.

I also checked page 63 of the Diamond Rulebook and was completely confused as to what you wanted me to find. Thakns in advance for the clarification.

The entire unit must be destroyed, including Shireikan, as a cost (card text). Nothing comes back.
Does this effect your answer in any way? Since Rally troops has a similar wording as Shireikan?
No. The wording is not similar. Rally Troops is before destruction, Shereikan when.
question about "Friendly Traveler Village"
[I]f the trait "Shadowlands" isn't a trait of a Faction, then this card produces 4 gold for human Shadowland Pers., that have no other Faction traits?

Unrequited Love and vague rulings.. (was Re: [L5R-CCG] Rules for 2 Dec 03, Part 2)
Unless im completely wrong here, another way of saying this is.... If you use Rokuro, you could gain 1 honor, but then you would subsuquently be dishonored and loose printed PH.
No. There are two issues at hand.
First, is Rokuro's action legal to be taken at for Unrequited Love? Yes. The bowing is a card effect of Unrequited Love, so it is a legal trigger for the action.
Second, if you take Rokuro's action, what do you accomplish? Nothing. You did not bow, because that was negated, so you do not gain honor, and you must proceed to the "If he does not" clause.
A Question about Playing the Elemental Rings
Lets say I fulfill the condition of playing a ring during my turn, and then draw the ring during my end phase. Can I then play that ring before saying, "The table is yours" and ending my turn?

So if followers do have a personal honor of 0 (and I think it's been ruled that they do), can I use The Emperor's Underhand to keep a unit with a Veteran Samurai or other Samurai follower from assigning?
No. Samurai Followers do not assign (Underhand of the Emperor card text); Personalities or units (which always include a Personality) do.
