Greetings,
(Zen) Jester Question
Can I Jester someone, if they refuse my I. Challenge?
No. The loss is not due to "one of his or her own cards" (card text).
Keen Eyes vs. Dismissed
if a challenge is negated with Dismissed, can Keen Eyes be played on the Dismissed?
Yes.
Gunsen of Water
If someone has the Ring of Water in play and they attach the Gunsen of Water to a personality, is that personality gaining *one* bonus of +3/+3?
Yes (card text).
Shinden Horiuchi + Infinite Followers?
Have the rules team made a final determination on this?
No. We'll announce it, put it in the Rules Archive, the whole schtick.
Rules for 25 November 2003
how is it possible to Rhetoric or Winds Truth and honor loss to the Shadowlands then? Wouldn't the non-ability to lose honor make the Shadowlands an Illegal Target?
There is no rules that all effects must resolve for an action to be legal. In fact, there ruling has been the exact opposite for a long time: actions that do nothing can be played as long as they are otherwise legal.

Is this a Reversal?
No. The questions were worded differently, so the answers were worded differently -- but they were the same answer.
Correction to an earlier post. A bowed card that says, "Straighten any [keyword] card in play" can be used on itself.
