Dirty Politics vs Shadowlands
I can "drain" a shadowland player honor loss [with Dirthy Politics]?
Not unless it's a stronghold that can gain or lose honor, since the honor totals of most Shadowlands strongholds *cannot* change -- there is no "before."

if the action is cancelled, the same card cannot be named again, correct?
Incorrect. Losing the option of naming the card again is an effect.
Toku & TA
To pay homage to the Toturi's Army players, who haven't gotten an Open Storyline personality to play since Akodo Ginawa in gold.
That's not true. There were multiple Toturi's Army Personalities in 1,000 Years of Darkness. And some are even Diamond legal.

The action on Bloodied ground that is taken on the Terrain when it resolves is this taken by the Attacker or the Defender first?

Taut Bowstrings, the second reaction[.] Does this mean that I can combine rage attacks in the same unit and or army that aren't in same unit?
Same unit, yes. Different unit, no.
Doji Tanitsu Query
If I bring Doji Tanitsu exp into play, and thus also bring a second Wind into play, what happens when I overlay the exp2 version? As I see it, the second Wind would remain in play, but does the "while Tanitsu remains in play" duration of that Wind still carry over?
No (Diamond Edition rules, pg. 66).
