You're only at risk from ribbing by the Rules Deputies is the answer is in the rulebook, FAQ, or Archive by name. And even that's rare. :)
Is the Strength bonus [From Lessons from Earth] constantly re-evaluated[?]
No. It's a one-shot.
can it be used in an Ambush?
No.
diamond ring of void question
[C]an you bow three personalities to play the ring [of the Void]?
Yes.
is this legal? reveal ring of the void, bow shugenja with two spirit guides and walking the way. using walking the way get a second walking the way. straighten shugenja with first spirit guide, reveal ring of void, bow and use second walking the way and get ring of air. straighten with second spirit guide, reveal ring of void. bow shugenja for a kiho and play ring of void and the ring of air.
You don't mention bowing peoples for the RIng of the Void.
Rule question
in diamond does plans within plans let you play a limited action during battle?
No (barring effects that create battles in Action Phase), because you can't have a battle unless you've passed on your opportunity for an Open.
Overwhelmed vs. Armor of Earth & Ring of Earth
I have a Koto and Hitomi Daisetsu. I put the Ring of Earth in play. I use its limited action on Koto. I attach the Armor of Earth to Sendatsu. I declare an attack. [T]he opposing player plays an Overwhelmed. What happens?
This:
I couldn't send two personalities home, then I must destroy one of them. But I must to choose the bigger unit.
Luring Tactics & Overwhelmed 2 questions
If I Luring Tactis my Tactician and an opposing Personally can I cancel my tactician's movement with the Right Hands reaction?
Cancel, no. Negate, yes.
For Overwhelmed, can the opposing play choose to send to unit's home than cancel the move out of the battle with one of the units?
Yes.
Keen Eye vs Scouting Manuvers
Can Keen Eye negate Scouting [Maneuvers]?
Yes.
If you bring Blade of Slaughter back into play from your discard pile does its Dishonoring the personality happen again?
Yes.

Cost and Effects
If I have a personality that pops in [Province] with a region that adds 1f to it. The personality is normally a 2f 5c but with the region becomes a 3f 5c. [I]t gets killed[...], but I bow my stronghold [...] to put a dead honorable in a [Province]. [A]m I correct in thinking it is still a 3f 5c personality?

What is considered aligned?
What cards (other than those with the trait unaligned in their wording) are considered unaligned?
None of them.
I am new to L%R and I have a few questions.
Are the Only Diamond legal cards the ones with the sysmbol in the lower left hand corner?
Yes, with only one exception currently: Overconfidence.
Also what about cards like spearman, Jade works, and Kobune port from WOC these to be the same as their Diamond edition partners?

rules question
both players are playing scorpion. Player A plays sunetra. Player B plays in his turn plays show of good faith on sunetra and overlays her during her dinasty phase. Does player B keeps control of sunetra at the end of turn?
No (Diamond Edition rulebook, pg. 66).
