If I target a bowed personality with a "Test of Might" does the bowed personality have his force for the duel or is it Zero?
"Being bowed does not change a card's own force" (Diamond Edition rules, pg. 83).

If I play a political reaction can it be stopped by a card that cancels a political action?
Yes.
Question on Clarity of Purpose
Does the casting shugenja need to be in the current battle to cast [Clarity of Purpose]?
