In the rules archive it says Kolat Recruiter targets a card. If the card flips over to be a or is a personality controlled by Razor's Edge Dojo player would the Kolat player have to discard?
Depends. If it "flips over" a Personality, no. If it's a face-up Personality, yes (Rules Archive, Kolat Recruiter).
