If the ability of the Moto stronghold is cancelled, are the two personnality considered as being targeted or not ?
Not targeted (DE rules, pg. 72).
Question about Experienced cards and Boundless Sight
Is someone like Bayushi Tsimaru, who has the keyword 'Experienced' in his traits, but is not experienced himself, eligible to be retrieved with [Boundless Sight]?
No (DE rules, pg, 51; Archive, General Rules, Soul of).
Rules questions: Iweko, Shinjo Yokatsu
If an opponent refuses the challenge created by my Rage, would I search for and play a Battle action before Kitsuki Kaagi (or Iweko) would bow to challenge that personality to an unrefusable duel?
Rage tells you to search "if" the challenge is refused. Iweko's Reaction is used "after" the refusal. You would search for and play a Battle action first. [card text]

if there was a card that reduced item bonuses by a certain amount (like X for example) could they end up being penalities?
