May the controller of maru dicard a card if he is playing agains a Razor Edge Dojo(the crab stronghold), when the ability is used?
No. Maru targets a player, not a Personality [card text].
Can be used the ability of maru in a battle?
Yes (See Rules Archive, Yogo Asami).
If there is a Encircled Terrain in play can i play an A test of courage to cancel it?
Yes.

You're being very selective in your quoting of the Archive. In particular, the ruling specifically that you have to meet honor requirements is still there. (Rules Archive, Specific Cards, Kolat Recruiter.)

I reveal the Ring of the Void from my hand. Now I have to bow three Personalities to put it in play.
No, you have to perform the Limited action three times.
My question is, do these Personalities have to bow specifically to fulfill this requirement, or can they be bowing for other reasons.
Bow for the action. Note that you have to reveal the Ring 2 more times, too.
