I understand that when you give someone a force penalty that takes their force below 0, it is taken up to 0 as the last step. However, how does it work for units?
Calculate force for Personality, round to 0 if necessary, add force to unit.
Morning Glory Castle Question
Can [Morning Glory Castle] be used on a province with no cards[?]
Yes.

Wasn't this reversed so Kolat Recruiter couldn't ignore honor requirments?
If it was, it would be in the Archive. That sort of being the point of the thing and all. In any case, there's text on Kolat Recruiter saying it must meet requirements.
Rules questions: Iweko, Shinjo Yokatsu
Shinjo Yokatsu inexp: All Personalities in an army with Yokatsu have a 1F bonus. Does Yokatsu give his bonus to himself[?]
No.
Kitsuku Iweko/Kaagi: What is the current ruling on the speed of her/his reaction?
What's in the Archive for Kaagi. That said, Kaagi rulings may not apply to Iweko (although the two wordings look similar). Jeff, feel free to jump in here any time.

Can I use the Egg of P'an Ku to copy a personality who won't join my clan?
