If I have a blade of truths in a duel, and my opponent cancels my reaction with Keen eye, can I used it again in that same duel[?]
Yes.
[Keen Eye] does not cancel the reaction, only negate it's effects, the reaction can't be used again...

This is what I get for taking questions at face value. :/ Because Keen Eyes negates (not cancels, as the original question said), Blade of Truths cannot be used again.

Ring of Earth question

If I attack a player, eliminate his army before resolution, and take the province - can I play Ring of Earth?
