If I have a blade of truths in a duel, and my opponent cancels my reaction with Keen eye, can I used it again in that same duel[?]
Yes.

When my unit is "sent home bowed", and I negate the movement, it negates the bowing as well, correct?
Yes. The erratum to the Diamond rulebook is now in the Rules Archive, General Rules, Canceling and Negation (http://l5r.alderac.com/rulings/#Cancel).
Does the reverse apply, namely if I negate the bowing, does that also negate the movement?
No.

[Left Hand of the Emperor] says that you discard the favor to send the personality home, but no mention about sendig the personality home bowed, is this accurate?
There are no errata to the card.
Crane confusion...
You bring [Doji Tanitsu] exp 1 into play, go get a second wind and put it into play. Then, you overlay him with the exp2 version, which erases the trait allowing you to bring the wind into play and the clause for its removal. Does the second wind stay in play permanently even if the Tanitsu is destroyed?
Yes.
Unicorn Province Strength
is the Northern Provinces of the Moto *supposed* to have a 7 province strength?
