I'm lifting my moratorium on answering Diamond Edition questions to deal with this before it generates a zillion emails... And yes, I am working from a Diamond Edition rulebook.

Tactician works the same way as it did before.
Can you clarify?
It's a Tactical action, and Personalities with the Tactician trait "are the only Personalities allowed to perform Tactical actions." Criterion 3 for what is "performed" (Diamond rulebook, pg. 71) says that actions requiring targeting a Personality who meets a certain condition is performed by *that* card.
Don't you reckon that if this was an intentional change, it would be listed in the "What's new in Diamond Edition?" section on pg. 32, which lists other, arguably more minor changes?
For now, treat the action on pg. 92 as saying, "... target one of your Tactician Personalities...".

How something was playtested is no guarantee of how a ruling will fo. Especially when I'm on daily rules Q&A, because I have no knowledge of the playtest process.
