House of Tao Question
If you start the game with one of the dark rings, does it automatically get discarded[?]
Yes (Rules Archive, Strongholds, House of Tao).
Tattoo of the Void question
Let's say I give Hitomi Daisetsu (or Hoshi Maseru, so that Zen can answer the question ) a Tattoo of the Void, send him into battle, and try to cast Chasing Osano-Wo, with Daisetsu being both caster and target. do i have to discard each time I target him ?
No. Once the extra cost is paid for the action, the restriction "may not be targeted" disappears, so the action can target the Personality any number of times.
