Naga spies question
if the defender has a naga spies in one of his units, and I attack holding 2 sneak attacks, who gets the 1st action in the battle?
The Ranged Attack allowed by Naga Spies.
Both Sneak Attack and Naga Spies have the same trigger, so the defender gets first chance to perform a Reaction (Gold Edition rulebook, pg. 48). Naga Spies *immediately* gives you the Ranged Attack. Sneak Attack does *not* allow you to take an action immediately (Rules Archive, Sneak Attack), so the number of Sneak Attacks you have is completely immaterial.
No Hiding Place question
Must there be an opposing card in the battle in order to play [No Hiding Place] to shoot somebody in the Defender's home?

Can a scouting maneuvers cancel an overwhelmed played by your opponent?
