Togashi Jusai's fire tokens and sympathetic energies
Can anyone tell me what happens to a bowed personality (other than Jusai) when they get a fire token from Jusai moved on to them by the spell Sympathetic Energies? Do they have to remove the token instead of straightening OR do they simply get a +1/+1 bonus while the token is on them?
Currently, with Togashi Mitsu, the latter. The effects are specific to Mitsu.
Fire Tokens
I seem to remember a ruling in regards to the tattooed dragon ancestor that made fire tokens come with built-in unable to straigten.
No such thing is said in the Archive. Gaijutsu no Shiryo says to treat the effects as though they originated from the Personality.

You're confused because the questions asked to Jeff and I were worded differently, and we both have terse writing style. Our answers were the same. After Shrine of the Sun ends Far from the Empire, a player needs 40 family honor to win.
Spell question: Clarity of Purpose
Can this spell be cast if[:] Both players have units in the current battle and your caster (with the spell) is outside the current battle?
Yes (Gold Edition rulebook, pg. 53).
Only you have units in the current battle and your caster (with the spell) is outside the current battle?
The Shugenja can be anywhere (/ibid/).
