Can I dirty politics my own shame on a Shadowlands player, since I can dishonour there personalities?
Not unless they are using the Sepulchre of Bone stronghold.
Targeting

I'm not a member of the Design team, remember. The only things I can be held accountable for are erroneous rulings, a poorly maintained Archive, and my consistent refusal to get a haircut. :)

Is it true that I can play Honor's Cost and Bonds of Fate during a battle?
No.
Force of Will with Morning Glory
I have a Shugenja in play that casts FoW on one of my other cards. Say Asako Naokazu (4 Chi, 2PH) now has 4PH and 2chi. I then then kill her in this phase[,] Then use Stonghold ablitity to put her face up in one of my provinces. My question is, are her stats 4C/2PH or 2C/4PH?

I have 5 Phoenix personalities in play and the Celestial Sword of the Phoenix on...say Naokazu. This puts her stats at (10C/2PH). I then FoWill her changing her stats to (2C/10PH). I then kill her. At this point, she loses the Celestial Sword and loses 6C[.] This puts her stats at (0C/10PH). Use MGC to place her in a province and bring her in to play in dysnasty phase. Does she automatically die (has 0 Chi)?
Yes.
But I gain 10 Honor, right?
Yes.
The Outer Darkness rules question
Can you target an already bowed unit with The Outer Darkness?
Currently, no.
Taut Bowstrings + Kuro's Fire
If I use Taut Bowstrings Reaction to somebody leaving or entering the battle can I make extra ranged attacks using Kuro's Fire or The FIre From Within targetting other cards[?]
