if i play dark path of shadow, and someone attacks my provinces with armor of earth attached, i send him home with my SH ability, but he uses the reaction form armor of earth, and then i use fall on your knees, or the sun returns to cancel the armor of earth reaction, can he react again, or is he sent home bowed?

What about Kaiu Village, can you react twice and put a weapon token and an armor token?
