Diamond's effect on Gold
[D]oes this mean that any Gold-legal cards that are being reprinted in Diamond are effectively removed from the Gold environment by MRP?
That's how it worked at the Jade -> Gold transition.
casting Kihos while bowed
A bowed Personality may cast a Kiho that does not require bowing to cast.
So to be clear, a bowed personality with Takao's Jingasa ready Can cast Kihos?
According to the ruling you quoted, yes, this will be true in Diamond Edition.
QQ's: Hoshi Kumonosu + Prayers and Blessings
Does Hoshi Kumonosu also add his force to army's total when he's bowed?
Yes.
Is Prayers and Blessings tournament legal now?
No. Not until Diamond is legal.
