What about personalities that are both Monk and Samurai? Do they get +6F or just +3F ?
Currently, only 3F.
But what would the answer be with the new wording from the official-but-not-definitive spoiler ?

What does "permanently" mean??
In effect until something else acts upon it (Gold Edition rulebook, pg. 39).
