Does a card (Kyuden Hida) need to be unbowed to use its reaction?
Yes (Gold Edition rulebook, pg. 24).
2 RA-ish Questions
Can you play Tsuruchi Technique and Arrows from the Woods and such to increase the strength of ranged attacks being taken under Blackened Sky since they are Ranged Attack reactions?
No (card text).
I have Tsuruchi Ichiro in play and a Bowed Moshi Eihime with Kuro's Fire, a Jade Yari, and a Tsuruchi's Legion attatched. My opponent declares an attack, and target Moshi Ehime with Ichiro's reaction. [D]oes A) the spell straighten because it has the ranged attack battle action on it, or B) would Eihime herself actually straighten since the spell allows her to perform the ranged attack now, or C) neither.

A few questions on rules
The rules for DE, currently, say that you cannot cast spells or issue challenges when bowed. Satsu doesn't bow to cast kihos. Can he do so when bowed?

Does this mean that if I bring a personality into play during any other phase I don't have to obey Honor Req unless the card/effect says so?
Yes.
If I have a singular holding out (ie. Noh Theater Troupe) and I play Contested holding on my opponent's NTT, can I have two in play if I win the Contested holding?

Can I play unprepared if my personality with armor and weapon entering the duel is bowed?
Currently, no (Winds of Change rulesheet, targeting).
Is Doji Tanitsu in DE (soul of Yoshi exp3) going to be exp2? Or is it an MRP of the basic Tanitsu?

My opponent's [Personality] challenges my [Personality]. Can I use another personality with Toshimoko no Shiryo to replace the challenged indivudual using Kyuden Doji's ability?

Does Toshimoko no Shiryo prevent using effects triggered by winning duels?

if the ancestor remains in play would it likewise stop kakita shinjin's reaction correct[?]
Yes.
