The Archive entry for Rend the Soul specifically spells out how these two cards interact. That's how they work unless/until a new ruling is made and added to the Archive.

does Wazuka's ability allow for the same cards movement or is it just any number of cards from one Personality to one other Personality?
"From one of your... Personalities to another" (card text). The transfer is unidirectional between two Personalities.
Naval Questions
This suggests that there is a such thing as a "naval army". Is this true[?]
As Jeff Alexander noted, it only has meaning with regards to that particular section of the rulebook, where it's referencing the description earlier in the paragraph.
does the army opposing the naval army also have to be "naval" (i.e. composed ENTIRELY of naval units) to stop a naval invasion?
Yes.
Questions..
Can I use Fall on your knees in response to an Armed and Ready?
No. Armed and Ready isn't played in the Action Segment (card text).
Promo's
I thought I saw on a posting or in the errata some where that promo cards are by default unique and so there can only be one in your deck.
Not true.
Accessible terrain question...
So given that Rekkai exp can move into a battle that she's already in, does this also apply to other personalities when using something like Accessible Terrain? In other words, can I keep moving the same personality into their present battle?
Yes.
Another Naval Question
when there are no units at a battle can you declare a naval invasion?
No (Winds of Change rulesheet, "Naval Invasion," last paragraph).
