How do these interact?
A player using Overwhelemd never targets an opposing Personality [card text]. Snake Tattoo will not protect anyone.
What mag is the promo card in? DOes using the Tact trait Target?

Does using the Tact trait to gain a force bonus Target the personality? if so WHy?
Yes. Because the rules say so (Winds of Change rulesheet).
Does Kwanchai prevent your people from dying in a battle or a battle resolution?
Both, because battle resolution is during a battle.
I am playing DE Razor's Edge Dojo and my opponent has [Ambush] in hand. If they want to Ambush one of my personalities, must they discard the card first for RED's trait (thus preventing them from ambushing me)?
Sorry, I'm not answering any questions regarding Diamond. Currently, the discard is a cost and must be done first.

For the purposes of Castle of the Wasp, what constitutes "exactly one" card?
Not combined.
If I shoot with the personality, can I raise it by 3 with Tsuruchi Technique and still target the province? If I choose to shoot at the province with a follower, can I keep him straight with "Taut Bowstrings"?
Yes to both.
If I use the Don't-have-to-bow clause on the stronghold with a personality that just says "Bow for a Ranged 4 Attack." can I subsequently use that RA again, provided I bow him/her the second time?
Yes.
Someone told me I might be able to use Tsuruchi Ichiro's reaction as many times as I want and straighten as many units as I want.
Don't believe everything you hear. Each printed reaction can be osed once per trigger (Gold rulebook, pg. 48).
