Cards for Koku
Has anyone sent in koku from Canada? Is there some way to get US postage in Canada? Canada Post cannot provide return postage, and the US Postal Service can't seem to send stamps to Canada. Courier seems overkill for this.
Your post office should sell you something called an International Reply Coupon. The Postes Canada website lists their current price at $3.50 Canadian. The last time I talked with our knowledgeable Customer Service folks about this, they recommended sending one IRC plus one more for every eight cards or fraction thereof to cover the weight of the envelope and protective sleeves. (So a typical order takes two IRCs.)

ok first question when played with a shadowlands box what happens? 1. B/c card text over rules the rules your ratling personalities are aligned with the shadowlands though they do not get any trait to signify this. Even so you can bring them out for 2 less. 2. They would be allied with the shadowlands but b/c their is no such allignment trait to signify this it doesn't happen.

next does Ratling Followers will join you for 1 less Gold. mean that the followers from Ratling Village Reaction: When a Ratling Personality is entering play from this Province, you may reduce its cost by 2G, or attach a Ratling Follower from your hand without gold cost. Limited: Once per turn, you may pay 1G to add a 0F Ratling Pack Follower to one of your Ratling Personalities. come into play for 0 gold? or does it mean the same as your ratling followers cost 1 less gold and therefor not apply to the village.

Finnally what sort of action is playing a ring?
It is not an action at all, by the Most Recent Printing of the Rings.
If I choose not to play the ring of the void straight away and my opponent I arts one of my personalities may I as a reaction play the ring or must I focus it?
You can play it at any time before the focus.
Clan Letters?
Anybody know when the Clan Letters are supposed to be up? I've had my Herald for nearly a month now!
Also, I didn't get a password on my label. Who do I talk to about getting the Mantis password?

According to you guys, Winds are cards and in fact your wind is _your_ card.
So you would only be able to favor someone home with the old school favor.
Thanks, but I was careful. :) Check the definition. Only Personalities, Followers, and players can "perform" actions. [FOU rulesheet] The player peforms his Wind's actions, not the Wind.

They may have already considered it. In any event, the possible results have already been written down.
Question
My opponent uses scorpion disctractor to cancel my use of the imperial favor, can I bow Kakita Munemori to cancel the action if the person bowed was not a courtier?
Yes. The Personality bowing to pay for the Distractor is performing that action, according to performing definition #3.
