Curious,
Can you bow a complete unit(including the personality) by using CoD's Fear enhancing abitity?
No. The attached cards must all be bowed already to bow the Personality.

(1) Are weapons( like an Ono) or Items considered attached cards for the purpose of "the Citadel of Daigitsu"'s reaction?
Absolutely.
(2) If a Personality is bowed, what happens to a weapon attached to him. For example, my personality is bowed by a test of might, does his daiyku stay straight, and can be bowed for a ranged 3?
An effect that bows a Personality bows only that one card. Everything attached to it stays as-is.

The Tsuno attacked the Kitsu Tombs and the Lion withdrew the majority of the forces they had lent to the Phoenix to deal with this more pressing threat to their own lands. Shiba Aikuna, a brash young punk even when he's not under the overwhelming influence of Isawa's Last Wish, chose to take this as a personal affront and has been all kinds of nasty to them ever since.
