Before I get to the question for this post, I have a question for you listmembers.
To be frank, I am getting frustrated by the number of questions asked that are already answered in the Rules Archive. So much so, that I'm starting to wonder if the Archive is the problem. Is it somehow too hard to use? If anyone has any comments or suggestions about whether they've found the Archive confusing, or any improvements that would make it easier to navigate, pipe up here or drop me a line. Thanks.
Can Overconfidence be used with Regions or Terrains, and if so at what point is it used?
Yes. As the card says, it's played when the bonus is received. E.g., for a Delayed Terrain, at the end of the Action Segment, after all players have passed.
