Kakita Tadanobu • Experienced ability which is Iaijutsu Battle/Limited: Target another player's Personality: Tadanobu duels him. If it is your turn, the winner's controller draws a card. Bow the duel's loser. Can I use it in action phase and then again in the battle pahase in the same turn?

No. The original Temple of Death (or as real men call it, The Khan's Shining Horde) has two separate abilities. Each may be used once per turn.
Tadanobu only has one ability, which can be used as either a Battle ability or a Limited ability. Since it's only one ability, it's only usable once per turn.
