Unimpeachable reads,
Political Reaction: Before the resolution of another player's action: Reduce each Honor loss from its effects by 3 (minimum 0). You may target and rehonor a dishonorable Personality.
Scandalous reads,
Battle: Bow your performing Courtier at any location: The Attacker may target any of his Personalities at the current battlefield and move them home. He loses 1 Honor for each of his Personalities there that this did not move, then dishonors them.
Say I have 6 units in the battle and choose not to send any of them home.
Does unimpeachable reduce each one point honour loss by 3 or just the total?
Thanks for your time.

Scandalous Rumor causes one honor loss, determined by the number of units not sent home. Therefore Unimpeachable Name will reduce the overall loss by 3.
