Twisted Fate vs The Deciding Moment

L5R CCG Rules board, 5 June 2012

A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

A player, 5 June 2012

Twisted Fate: Unique Until your Events Phase three turns from now begins, there is an additional Action Phase each turn which occurs between the Dynasty and End Phases.

The Deciding Moment: Limited: If another player has 40 or more Honor, has five Rings in play, or you have -20 or lower Honor: The Dynasty Phase comes before the Attack Phase this turn.

As Deciding Moment is a promotional card, my hope is that the question can be answered. If Twisted Fate's change to the normal procedure of a turn is active, what happens to this additional Action Phase on the turn that The Deciding Moment's limited action is taken?

a) It occurs after the dynasty phase. b) it occurs before the end phase. c) it occurs anytime between the dynasty and end phase. d) it does not occur because there is no proper, "between the dynasty and end phase" trigger.
