When I play A game of dice: Limited: Draw two additional cards during your next End Phase.
I draw cards in my end phase or in my next turn end phase?
And another situation: When I play plans within plans, And then I play A game of dice in my opponets turn as an open action, when I will draw those Two additional cards. In my first end phase or in the next one?

1. You draw them in the End Phase of the turn on which you played A Game of Dice. That is your "next" End Phase.
2. In this case you would draw them in the End Phase of your next turn, as that is how the card is worded. Save your Plans Within Plans!
