"His army" is the army he is in, and an Army is "One or more units in a given side at a battlefield." Thus "another Personality in his army" is a Personality currently on the same side of the same battlefield as the performer.

Short one
If i use Opportunistic Advance Battle: Choose your performing unbowed Commander and target another Personality in his army: Move the target to a battlefield.
Can I move my unit from home/other battlefield to the curent battlefield?

"In his army" means in the army of the performing Commander. Due to the Rule of Location, the Commander must be in the current army, and therefore, he may target another Personality at the current battlefield and move them to a battlefield other than the current battlefield.

Acording to this viewtopic.php?f=59&t=98385 we are able to move a personality from one battlefield to another.
What about the "one battle only" golden rule?
Thank You.

If you mean the Second-Battle Rule, that only applies to Personalities who have been at a battlefield during that battle's resolution.
A Personality at the current battlefield may move, during the Combat Segment, into an attacking army at another battlefield.
