Are "once per game" abilities and effects reset, and hence, reusable when it's card leaves play in a manner where it becomes face down? (i.e.; returned to a deck, hand, or province).
Example: If I use Sachina's ability, and she somehow goes back to my dynasty deck, can she use her ability again if/when she comes back into play?

Per the Tracking Rule, if a card goes facedown and out of play, it forgets that it's used its abilities. Therefore if Sachina is shuffled back into a deck, she will be able to use her ability again if she re-enters play.
