Hi,
Just a question:
Are they any official l5r rules which refers that all cards in play should be visible (or at least titles)?
Common thing is to keep holdings in pile but...
What if during the game a player for example revel hidden under the stronghold chugo seido reacting to other's player's action?
Just curious what is the official statement.
Thank You

While no official rule exists in the rulebook regarding "stacking cards," all cards that are Face Up, both in and out of play, are public knowledge to both players in the game.
As such, you may ask to see what a face up card is and of does at anytime, as part of the Game Knowledge rule.
Any player who is suspected of intentionally and repeatedly obscuring or hiding cards in play should have a Judge called to observe the game. This situation should be handled under the Floor Rules for Tournament Play, as it is not addressed in the Rules of the Game.
