Hi,
My stronghold is Castle of the Wasp. 1/ Can Kami Unleashed be used to target de province as it is performed by my attacking personality who is at the current battlefield? 2/ Can the battle ability granted by Waylay the Messenger target the province since it is performed by an attacking personality? 3/ I control Moto Latomu XP who is moving into a battlefield, can he trigger his granted reaction targeting the province? 4/ If none of the previous answer is "Yes!", does "from an attacking card" mean "from a base range attack ability of an attacking card" ?
Card's texts: Castle of the Wasp: Once per battle, you may target the current Province with an uncombined Ranged Attack from an attacking card you control at that battlefield.
Waylay the Messenger: During the next battle this turn at that province's battlefield, you have the ability, "Battle: Choose your performing unbowed Scout: Ranged 6 Attack." Before this turn ends, if there were never any units on the enemy side at that province's battlefield, put this card into your hand.
Kami Unleashed: Battle: Choose your performing unbowed Personality and bow him unless he is Tattooed: Ranged Attack with strength equal to his Force.
Moto Latomu XP: Your Unicorn Clan Personalities have the ability: "Reaction: After moving to a battlefield: Ranged Attack with strength equal to the number of Regions in play."

Oopsy. Looks like another card missed its EE conversion, though the crux of your question may not actually end up changing.
I'll have to do some research as to what "from" meant in LE, though I may just leave that word as-is and go with the modern definition found here. Which would mean tentatively, for now, the answers are:
1. No 2. No 3. Yes 4. No
If this changes, I'll definitely make another post in this thread.
