I just want to make sure I understand the timing of this card. The personality targettedby the stronghold does not suffer the effects of the delayed action until AFTER the battle is over? So they will still contribute force to battle resolution?

The battle ends after the Resolution Segment, so the Berserker may still contribute force if no other effect has removed him from the battle or otherwise caused him not to contribute force.
