Is their a place i can discuss rules that i think are stupid, and have someone who can actually do something about it hear them? i think i have a legitimate concern about a basic rule and game mechanic. it's not something that needs a ruling as it is clear cut and specific in the rule book. however the outcome is completely illogical and messes with the entire game. Is L5R a closed book as to game mechanic? or is their someone i can complain to who might actually be able to modify a game mechanic?
Complaining about the rules
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.
