A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. During battle resolution do created token creatures give honor if destroyed
No honor is gained for tokens destroyed in battle resolution (http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Battles#C._Resolution_Segment).
Honor is gained for cards destroyed in battle resolution, including created cards (which many players confuse with tokens - they aren't the same thing).
