Hand of the Obsidian Dragon Battle: Target an enemy Personality with a lower combined Force, Chi, and Personal Honor than this Personality. The Hand crushes his very essence. Destroy him.
Does this mean the personality has to have lower Force Chi and PH, to be destroyed? or does it mean, after you add all 3 stats up he has to have lower?
Example Performer - 3F 3C 3PH = 9 Target - 3F 4C 0PH = 7 (Die or Live)?

You add all three stats. Your example of target would be destroyed because 7 < 9.
