Hello,
I ran into a snag trying to find an answer to these questions, hopefully you can help me out.
1) What is recon? I noticed it on one of my cards, but I can't find this keyword in my rulebook. 2) What is Dark virtue? another card I have that indicated I must discard at least one to get its effect. 3) Lastly regarding dueling, does the personality bow after dueling? if not then can the same personality declare as many duels as cards in my hand that allow him/her to do so?
Thank you very much for your time. I appreciate any help.

1) What is recon?
A keyword on some actions (e.g. Burn the Tower, Dangerous Reconnaissance, Hiruma Etsuro). It is not described in the rulebook because it has no effect on the game by itself, however other cards may refer to it. For instance many Scout Personalities and many Battle Strategies performed by Scout cards work better if you have targeted the current battlefield's province with a Recon action this turn (e.g. the Ranged 6 Attack from Strategic Strike can target a card with attached Followers).
2) What is Dark virtue
A keyword on some Strategy cards (e.g. Will, Control) that also no effect on the game but other cards may refer to it, usually the Paragon Personalities of the Spider Clan.
Lastly regarding dueling, does the personality bow after dueling?
No, unless he loses the duel and it reads "bow the duel's loser".
if not then can the same personality declare as many duels as cards in my hand that allow him/her to do so?
Yes he can, following the normal rules about action rounds (you must let your opponent take an action before your personality challenges somebody else).
