If i copy the goblin keyword, and he dies, will he come back before the turn ends so long as he was at the battlefield and died during combat segment?

Yes, if your Kyogen has copied the Goblin keyword and is destroyed during a Combat Segment at the battlefield of the targeted province, he will be brought into play before this turn ends by Gutobo's action's delayed effect, because he is still a Goblin Personality at that time (see also "Loyal Kyogen Enticement").
