I have Utaku Kohana Exp and Utaku Yanai on a battlefield. Utaku Yanai is dishonored. Utaku Yanai performs her action on a personality that has for example 5F (thus she won't rehonor from conditional 2 Honor gain): "Battle: Give a target enemy Personality or Follower -2F. If its Force is now 0, bow it and gain 2 Honor."
Utaku Kohana exp trait triggers : "After the resolution of an action which gave a Force penalty to any enemy cards at the current battlefield, if Kohana is there: Gain 1 Honor."
Do i ... : A) gain honor from Utaku Kohana exp trait ? B) rehonor Utaku Yanai ?

There are a number of ways to rehonor dishonorable Personalities. * Before a player gains Honor from an action or trait that targeted, came from, or was performed by one or more of his or her dishonorable Personalities, each Personality is rehonored and the player does not gain the Honor. (Dishonorable status is checked when the Personality is targeted, etc. For more details, see References).

Look at the rules you quoted.
A Personality is rehonored before, "a player gains Honor from an action or trait that targeted... ". Kohana's trait does not target (http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Glossary_T#Targeting).
"came from..." The Honor gain came from Kohana, not Yanai (http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Glossary_F#From).
"or was performed by..." The Honor gain was not performed by Yanai (or anyone else, since only actions are performed; http://rules.l5r.com/CE_FAQ#What_performs_an_action.3F).
Which of those was not clear? (This is not sarcasm. I would genuinely like to know why this is a question.)
