I tried searching, but didn't see this answered so I apologize if I missed it.
My question is about the first ability of Inexorable Defeat.
Inexorable Defeat Battle/Open: Destroy a target Terrain or Region. Lose 2 Honor. Battle: If any enemy units are at the current battlefield, choose your performing Personality: Move him there. Straighten his unit if he moved. You scorch the earth behind him. If he moved, negate the movement of any other units to the battlefield. Lose 2 Honor.
If we are at a battle at Province A, and Province B has a Region attached to it, is my opponent allowed to use Inexorable Defeat's Battle action to destroy the Region at Province B?
I would think not, since the Battle action of destroying the Region has to be relevant to the battlefield we are at.

Yes this is legal.

No. If you are thinking of the Rule of Location, its restriction about targeting applies to cards "in a unit" and Regions are not in a unit.
